"Very good service."

"I can't describe how great this service was for us. With a baby, travel is already difficult. We were able to drive our car right in front of the terminal, meet a friendly person and get our luggage and go with no worries. We had to wait a few minutes to meet our car on arrival, again just outside the terminal. I wouldn't ever use anything else. Just brilliant and excellent value. Thank you! "

"hi timing was excellent and easy access, used before. however only criticism is my radio station LBC had been deleted and radio 1 came up when returned to car. don't mind people using different station but at 1.30 am I could have done with my talk radio station to keep me awake on way home."

"I had to pay £4 parking fee upon arrival as I never received a confirmation email when I booked. Exit process was perfect. Would have thought that the driver who received the car should have communicated this"

"Car came back exactly as it went, no problems and would recommend the service. Drop off was easy, met by a lovely lady, who was easily identifiable and even approached us as soon as we drove in. Photos were taken of the car and petrol levels noted. She then gave us easy direction to the lift, straight in to the airport. Perfect. Rang when we returned and even after a long delay by the airline the car revived promptly. Overall great service with really friendly staff. Away again soon and will be reusing the service."

Booking process was simple with friendly service. Drop-off and pick-up hassle-free and punctual. I recommend these guys - and would book with them again."

"Staff need to be more helpful. After arriving at 12.30 am and not having used you before the chap went to get the car park ticket, I asked him if I needed the ticket to which he replied no the barrier will go up. When getting to the barrier it stayed down till I eventually found my ticket and realised it had to be scanned. Don’t assume that everybody knows the system. "
