"As always the staff were most helpfull and Courteous, I had a problem one time when sure parking took my car to another car park they subsequently charged me another £32 when I returned home, They also wouldn’t return my car to me until I paid. They said they had sent me an e mail whilst I was away which they hadn’t. They also said that simply park and fly was only an agent so through no fault of own having done not wrong I had no option but to pay. I also came home early and notified them that I was coming Home early. This was very disappointing having used Simply park and fly and been a very loyal Customer to them for a long time. I look forward to receiving my refund."

"Generally the service was fine, but as we had not been to Gatwick for over 20yrs, I was watching directions as my wife was driving. Unfortunately I forgot to phone, as requested, 20 minutes before arrival. We subsequently incurred a £4 additional charge, given to the person who met us. Although your paperwork infers this on the Returns details, there is no mention of a possible additional charge on the Arrivals page."

"I can't describe how great this service was for us. With a baby, travel is already difficult. We were able to drive our car right in front of the terminal, meet a friendly person and get our luggage and go with no worries. We had to wait a few minutes to meet our car on arrival, again just outside the terminal. I wouldn't ever use anything else. Just brilliant and excellent value. Thank you! "
