"Couple of things to help improve your service. We couldn’t find the way into where to leave the car. The entrance had Ballards across entrance we drove past twice. The 3rd time lady was standing there we pulled over to ask where we went and it was there. Having some signs would have helped. We tried phoning no answer "

Car was returned in same condition and with same mileage. Could possibly have got a more competitive rate if I'd booked earlier? All-round good experience."

"The 4am drop off area in car park 5 at Gatwick north had someone waiting. Bonus. As I forgot to ring 20minutes before getting there. And it is right over the road from the terminal building. Midnight collection on return was smooth. I called when I got through customs. 10 minutes later my car arrived at the same area as the drop off. The driver confirmed my details. A quick scan round to check all was ok with my car. Luggage in and off home. Great process. Will definitely use again. "
