"Drop-off process was easy. Had I phoned earlier, they would have been waiting for me. Pick-up was also very easy - only a couple of minutes to wait. Car was returned in same condition and with same mileage. Could possibly have got a more competitive rate if I'd booked earlier? All-round good experience."
