"I always think these meet and greet are the same. You pay your money, call them up when you’re nearby, struggle to understand them and then hang around for 30 mins looking for them. Then in the way home it’s the same but worse and you spend an hour waiting for them to bring you car. Thai didn’t happen. Car was ready on arrival home and it can only have been 10 minutes for them to been it. Super friendly and nice. Basically amazing."

"You know how it is at 2.00 a.m. on a dark morning when you drag yourself out of bed and pack your bags into the car - hoping nothing has been forgotten. Stress is a word much used these days but it certainly applies when approaching any airport to start a holiday and arriving at Simply Park to be greeted by a smiling face who reassuringly takes away your car and you are on your way! Returning went well just as smoothly and we were suitably impressed by the whole experience. "

"On arrival the idiot member of staff I spoke to sounds like he completely forgot that he's speaking to a customer. He was speaking to me as if he's lending me my own car. I was telling him that I've landed, only have hand luggage and no checked luggage to collect and the first thing I heard was "first listen". The next thing he said was "call back after immigration" before he hung up. I was going to call back and tell him off but, I thought welcome to the UK. I called back after immigration and the guy was sounding like he had enough of this job, just asked "registration number" I told him, he confirmed my car, I said yes sir, he said "see you soon", boom hung up the phone. But the other staff members who collected and delivered my car were so nice and friendly and professional. They greeted me well and so on..."

"Quick and easy to use"

"I've always used this reliable company for several of our holiday's throughout the year. Got to say sadly this time the car came in such a state like it's been driven through such mud tracks. I wasn't impressed this time round sadly and when I questioned the operator he was unable to address the state of my car. This was not how I left my car with them a week ago and I hope this does not happen again."
