"Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and car was dropped within 15 mins of getting back. Top job all round "

"Good afternoon Just wanted to say that our experience on collecting the car wasn’t the best . On collection of our luggage I phoned the number on ticket given on our arrival 07855551177. This number kept on going to answer phone. I left a message . Start to get very anxious as by now we were at the car park and nobody about . I must have rung 5 times . Finally I got through using another number I happened to have stored in phone and told that I should have rung 20 mins ago as now I will have to wait for my car . Not happy "

"This is great if you are in a hurry and don't want to go on transfer buses from miles away and the price is comparable. Just phone when you are 20 mins away and drive into the short stay carpark (ground floor) which is very near the North terminal where you will be met by a representative in orange jacket who gives car a quick once over and takes it and the keys from you. No lifts needed as you are on ground floor and just a short walk of 3 mins to the terminal and you're up and away. On landing, we only had cabin bags, so we phoned after clearing passport control and our car was there when we reached the short stay carpark, and we were able to leave immediately. Great service and friendly staff for a reasonable price 5*"
