"Shame that we were required to pay for exit parking despite being told this was included in the price. Also when returned to us the car was not parked in a designated parking space and blocked in another motorist who became very irate with us! Not as good as previous experience. Sorry"

"I found whilst researching that Simply Park offered the best value Meet and Greet service at Gatwick. I was very pleased with the super smooth procedure and the courteous customer service. The car park (North Terminal, car park 5) does have very narrow bends to go up to the 4th level so probably tricky with vans or longer cars but it didn't affect me. All in all very happy, pity they didn't wash my car as a little extra ;)"

"drop off went smoothly. However, on collection our car was at the car park but no driver. We rang and was told he would be 5 minutes. He was a further 10 minutes and when we left the car park found we had a £3.50 charge on the ticket which we had to pay. Not ideal at midnight, scrambling around for change."

"We always use Simply Park and fly however competition is now good as others have dropped their prices to try and compete so we will shop around as regular customers are not being rewarded. We had to call four or five times before someone answered the phone upon our return, the staff that do the drop off and pick ups have always been first class and never had a problem with them cheers guys!!"
