"We did ring twenty minutes before arriving at the car park to alert simply park of our arrival as per their instructions. Despite this we still waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive to greet us in the car park and another couple who had arrived after us were seen first. Luckily we had arrived with plenty of time prior to our flight but this would have been a real problem if we were late. The chap who met us appreciate that we needed to leave quickly and made the process pretty painless. The return process was the same however worked extremely smoothly. Someone was there with our car as soon as we arrived to collect. He was very friendly and greeted us well."

"We recently used park and fly on our skiing holiday, having lots of baggage we needed to be as close to the terminal as possible - literally dropped car at level 4 walked to lift and into the terminal - very simple "

"All in all a smooth process. Just one suggestion, when dropping off the car no note was made of the mileage or the damage that was already on the car when I dropped it off. Although the car was returned to me in the same condition it was dropped off in, if no note is made of the things mentioned previously it could lead to fraudulent claims against your company. This also protects the client should the car be damaged in your possession."
