"I was a bit dubious about booking at first only because it was so much cheaper than the other car parks. All was great though, a quick drop off at 3am all went smoothly. Called on my return after I'd exited baggage claim and the bus was about 10 min or so to pick me up. Car was ready and waiting. I will definitely use this service again"

"The guy's provided an excellent service they are so friendly and polite. The car was safe and secure. They arrived at the airport within 30 minutes of us calling to say we'd arrived home, even though we picked the car up in the morning instead of the evening like we'd arranged. Would definitely use again for future holidays. "

"Mainly rough ground with tight spaces and quite a journey to airport. It was on our way home so not really a problem for us, good price."

"There is no clear indication of where to park when you arrive, you just have to find a space and the transfer journey is about half an hour, but for the price you can't really moan. Staff are polite and I will use them again"

"I would not recommend or use this company again. We waited 40 minutes to be collected with 2 small children in the pouring rain. Very disappointed. "

"Drop off at 4am was a little disjointed, we briefly parked outside the office and was immediately told to park in any of the lanes opposite. However we went up and down several lanes and could not find anywhere, and had to go back and ask again, was then told to try a different lane but it was all very messy parking. We eventually parked but wasn't really happy leaving the car where we did. On return we called the number to arrange a pick up but it rang out no reply, we then went to the bus stand and a minibus was in, he asked if we had called and I said I had tried. He said he would take us but really we should of booked. Price was very good however it lacked the organisation and high standard of our usual car park and this would need improving if I was to book again. "

"I admit I was a little nervous because of the price, but everything went very smoothly. A little more inconvenient than parking in the airport, but savings are substantial. Would definitely use again."

"check in was good and no problems at all however return was a different matter. It took an hour and excuse was a comment that we made a mistake despite 5 phone calls (one made by their own driver) and repeated promises 1) that a driver would be with us in minutes or 2) that they would call back once they checked. Why they should not tell the truth and not keep to their word is beyond me. Another issue is, as waited such a long time (1 hour) that we saw others being picked up and on more than one occasion the driver had to wait for the passengers to turn up. Imagine our glee when one group turned up after our 40 minutes wait about 3 minutes after the driver arrived and they were given PRIORITY! A daft system to say the least. As for value - excellent, probably too cheap, finding them, no problem, but NOT happy with service received last night!"

"On arrival at the park, we were 'processed' very quickly and efficiently, and were taken immediately to BHX, leaving plenty of time to catch our flight. So far I would rate the service 5*! Our return journey was totally the opposite , unfortunately. Realising that the journey from Washwood Heath took about 20 minutes, I phoned the car park to tell them we had just landed. I was told to ring back once we had collected our baggage and to wait at bus stop A and a bus would be with us in 20 minutes! We hung about & then proceeded to bus stop A, only to find a big queue of people - 2 of whom had been waiting for 1 hour. Why? Eventually a minibus arrived with the capacity to take 8 people! What about everyone else - what were we all supposed to do? By this time we had been waiting 45 minutes & it was nearly 1AM. We were assured another mini bus was on its way - it eventually arrived - so another 8 people were 'allowed' to board after a name call. We eventually got back to the car park and were able to pick up our vehicle. The 'pick up' from the airport was totally chaotic- a child could have organised it better. Until this company 'gets its act together', despite its cheapness, I would certainly NOT recommend it to anyone. "

"Dreadful. Arrival was ok, but no advice or guidance forthcoming mind you-told to just leave my car wherever. Staff not approachable or friendly. Return was deplorable. Called to request a transfer back. 25 minutes later I called to ask where the bus was, to be told you've only been waiting 20 minutes! 25 as it happens. The chap said the bus is two minutes away and hung up. The bus arrived 10 minutes after that. The driver could not communicate in English so his colleague took me to the other bus. This resulted in further waiting, for people that did not turn up. The driver openly used his mobile phone to search for music, take calls, text. Then proceeded to wind his window down fully (it was midnight by this point) without having the courtesy to ask any other passengers if this would be ok. When I complained about the experience, the reception guy and the driver shrugged their shoulders, ignored me then said well it's ok, you're here now!!!!! Never ever again! Bunch of cowboys! Steer clear."

"Easy to find. A longer waiting time to transfer to airport than expected. But for the price we can not complaine would use again "

"This was the 2nd time we have parked here this year . The first time when we got back off our holiday our car wasn't parked in the rows he told us so had to wait till everyone else had gone . Then when we got to the gates they took along time to open them . This time it was just so chaotic when we arrive they put more people in the bus than they should. Some people had to have there children on there knees. There's 3 seats in the back but 4 people on them and 3 on the middle but they had 5 on there . Won't be using again in a hurry."

"When we got there office was straight in front of you friendly person behind counter dealt with straight away then straight onto a mini bus , and to airport dropped of outside departures and in we went . On way back phoned as we came through passport control answered straight away and the gentleman was outside arrivals when we got there we only waited 5 mins and we were off. great service for the price we paid . Only draw back was that mini bus smelt of cigarettes ."

"I use to come to Birmingham with the National Express buses from Nottingham to fly, it has always been stressful but this time I came with my car and drop it with you people I fill more relaxed and got home sooner enough. The only thing I will add is that your van was hot the AC was not on , that day was hot .At the long run your service is ok."
