"Our journey to Stansted was severely delayed due to an accident on the motorway and so were not admitted automatically to the park. Audio Contact was made successfully and we were admitted, then went to the Terminal but had missed our flight.
We had to re-book our flight for 2 days later. Helpful phonecall made to Simply Park to check procedure on our return. We needed audio contact again to get in and eventually to get out of the car park but it was gratifying to know that the vehicle reg was always accepted and staff were courteous.
It was good not to have lost our booking in the circumstances. Thanks."
