Getting There
Stansted Airport is located just off the M11 motorway – Junction 8a from London or Junction 8 from Cambridge – and offers a wide range of parking solutions to suit all budgets. Directions
Stansted is directly accessible from the M11. Use junction 8 if travelling from Cambridge in the North and junction 8 if travelling from London in the South. Choose post code CM24 1RW if using satnav.
On Arrival
- Directions from London: Exit M11 at J8a take the left hand lane and follow the filter left. At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Round Coppice Road, pass the Hilton / Novotel Hotel on left and the next roundabout take first exit into LongStay Car Park.
- Directions from Cambridge: Exit M11 J8 and take the A120 exit to Stanstead Airport. At Priory Wood Roundabout take 2nd exit onto Round Coppice Road. At next round about take the first exit, pass the Hilton Hotel on your left and at next round about take first exit into the Long Stay Car park. Your registration will be recognised at the barrier, a ticket will be issued and barrier will rise. DO NOT INSERT YOUR CREDIT CARD. If you need assistance please press the intercom button.
On Return
- Drive to the exit barrier insert ticket and barrier will open. DO NOT INSERT CREDIT CARD.
- The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.

"Had to remember where the car was parked by taking photos or ensure I can find the car again in the vast space. Getting the bus to departures was easy but returning to the car the bus driver kept driving past the stops despite the stop button being pressed and gave poor communication. It would be better if the Jet Parks and long stay passengers queue were separate and it caused a lot of confusion with a very long queue."

"Easy drop off and pick up, buses very busy but we got on ok. Just leave extra time incase it takes longer to get on bus, journey was about 10min max to and from airport. Easy to find space to park on arrival."

"Very highly disappointed when i got there ,as there was no assistance available for me. As a newly divorced single mother trying to build up confidence in mysself, was a disaster. I spent 45 minutes driving around the car park, trying to figure out what to do with my child. Their phone wasn't existing either. So i would rather take a train than using them again. Poor service it was. "
