"Good straight forward service"

"Had to remember where the car was parked by taking photos or ensure I can find the car again in the vast space. Getting the bus to departures was easy but returning to the car the bus driver kept driving past the stops despite the stop button being pressed and gave poor communication. It would be better if the Jet Parks and long stay passengers queue were separate and it caused a lot of confusion with a very long queue."

"Easy drop off and pick up, buses very busy but we got on ok. Just leave extra time incase it takes longer to get on bus, journey was about 10min max to and from airport. Easy to find space to park on arrival."

"Once the car park was found, it was a simple easy process to get to airport. Pick up every 15 mins. "

"Very highly disappointed when i got there ,as there was no assistance available for me. As a newly divorced single mother trying to build up confidence in mysself, was a disaster. I spent 45 minutes driving around the car park, trying to figure out what to do with my child. Their phone wasn't existing either. So i would rather take a train than using them again. Poor service it was. "

"I am happy with the service in general. The only point I a bit frustrated was when I was unable to speak to anyone when I wanted to change my vehicle. The 0800 number provide is out of use and needs to be updated."

"On arrival I dudny know which zone to park. I tried calling, and number didnt work. Then was told the website was not updated. After a good time my sister stopped another bus that told us were to park. The drivers were friendly on shuttle. "

"arrival service very easy and the driver on our bus on return was concise and easy to understand. To be honest the arrival bus was at such an early time in the morning I cant really remember it. Great and will use again."

"We wasted 20 minutes going round in circles looking for a parking space when the allocated car park was obviously full. We were not the only ones. No spaces became available. There was no sign of any staff to help us or redirect us. Eventually a sign appeared at the entrance directing cars to a different car park. This was only visible from the access road to the car park. Not at all helpful to those looking for spaces within the car park."
