"all problems started on the way to the airport when I couldn't get a response from the number provided. I called the help line and the woman I spoke with was very nice but she gave me the wrong the number. the person I spoke with in this new number told me that the number I been given originally was correct and would not accept that I was dialling the number straight from the email recieved from you. he then told me that the services were separate and that he was just one of many independent people working for simply. in fact his words were simply park are just a search engine. made no sense but that was what he said. I started to get frustrated with him and said come on mate I just want to get this sorted and he said" firstly I'm not you mate". he is a terrible ambassador for your company... very rude and very unhelpfully hence by low feedback score. I work in an organisation that uses airport parking services everyday and I have already sent out an email asking everyone not to use you."

"We had a very good experience. I found it a bit expensive as you have to pay the exit charge on arrival and departure which adds another £9 but all in all straight forward, very friendly, on time... I would certainly recommend."

"We booked our meet n greet via Safe 2 Park for a week at Stansted Airport and would like to thanks all the staff. they were prompt with timing and even though our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours, a quick call and our car was waiting for collection. When we were searching for parking on the web, found that it was actually cheaper to book meet n greet via Safe 2 Park then park n ride via other companies. Highly recommend them :-) Bachan"
