"Very efficient and courteous staff and drivers"

"Only shame is I was told £4.50 for parking and I didn't have enough money so had to withdraw cash and buy a cup of tea to get more change!"

"This service is no frills but worked very well. Staff seemed efficient and were polite. We arrived a bit early for drop off as we had a 100 mile journey to the airport and this was not a problem. On our return the car was returned within 15 minutes of calling after luggage collection. One point is that they do not give you any paperwork when handing over the vehicle and did not offer to show their ID."

"At the drop off all went well. collection we had to wait 15 mins in a thunderstorm. No staff have any badges. the collection driver so scruffy in very old jeans and tee shirt. such a poor image with no uniform. As a meet and greet service there is not much of a greet going on, really blunt. why not a booth that is manned and friendly ? Perhaps even compliemntary drinks whilst we wait for your company to get their act together. A good brainstorming about how to exceed a customer service journey would be your best meeting yet and lead the market The meets and greets are always my worst part of a trip away in terms of customer image professionalism. Same at all UK airports"

"Collection and delivery of vehicle not a problem. The car parking fee is £5.00 not £4.50 as mentioned in your details. Also the car was returned in filthy state - internal debris all over the drivers foot area."

"Driver was there to meet us and we waited 10 mins on our return so very happy is abit more expensive but having experienced nightmares at different airports with meet and greet before worth using a company you can trust"

"It's talks about one hour to bring my car and the driver he is eating something inside my car and they drive around 30 miles and the girl who take the car from me she was talking with me in bad way "

"Representative on arrival was a bit abrupt and neither checked over the car or left us with any paperwork . Not the end of the world but not the standard of service received on previous occasions. On return waited for longer than usual for car to be delivered back. Once again not a major issue bearing in mind the time of year (June) but would not be as understanding if it was in the middle of Winter . Overall it is still a good service and will use again if the price remains low. Thanks."
