Getting There

Directions
Stansted is directly accessible from the M11. Use junction 8 if travelling from Cambridge in the North and junction 8 if travelling from London in the South. Choose post code CM24 1RW if using satnav.
On Arrival
Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.
- Follow signs from the Motorway towards the Mid-Stay car park. The car park is located next to the Holiday Inn, opposite Mcdonalds and before the BP garage. Turn into the Holiday Inn entrance and immediately on the right is the car park entrance to the car park. Park in customer parking and report to reception before unloading your luggage. SAT NAV: CM24 1PY.
On Return
- The meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors. We are unable to wait more than 5 minutes so its essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incure.
- The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.

"Directions to car park seemed clear but entrance was not obvious. On seeing the closed, non illuminated gates we drove passed thinking no one was there/not the place we were looking for. We got directions from reception at the Holiday Inn and then saw the sign. It would have been better facing us as we drove in. Other than that everything went smoothly. I was really impressed that on arrival after phoning in, the pick was so quick. I was also impressed that even being delayed over 3 hour there was a smooth handover. I will certainly use you again."

"The parking was fine, but unfortunately the directions were slightly incorrect. The post code was incorrect and the Hilton hotel is now owned by Novetel and the phone number was out of service. Once the paperwork is updated on the website, the parking will be fine and the bus transfer was straight forward."
