"Directions to car park seemed clear but entrance was not obvious. On seeing the closed, non illuminated gates we drove passed thinking no one was there/not the place we were looking for. We got directions from reception at the Holiday Inn and then saw the sign. It would have been better facing us as we drove in.
Other than that everything went smoothly. I was really impressed that on arrival after phoning in, the pick was so quick. I was also impressed that even being delayed over 3 hour there was a smooth handover.

"The parking was fine, but unfortunately the directions were slightly incorrect.
The post code was incorrect and the Hilton hotel is now owned by Novetel and the phone number was out of service.
Once the paperwork is updated on the website, the parking will be fine and the bus transfer was straight forward."
