"We use your service every time we fly from Southend AirPort On our outbound flight on Wednesday early evening we arrived late due to traffic hold ups on A 127 which caused us anxiety as soon as we phoned the car park to announce our delay . Staff were very helpfull and ensured us to assist in every way they could. We made it on time . Thank you for such an excellent service and reducing our anxiety as we knew you were there to help.
