"The process getting to the airport was fantastic and the gentleman who processed the paperwork and drove us there was very good. The way back was awful. I called and was told, we are very busy so it will be at least 10 minutes. I don't really need to be told that when I have booked a service which says, just call us when you leave and we will collect you. The queue waiting for the pick-up was massive and no-body was prepared to queue in a line so each time a van arrived, it as like a bun fight running to get on. Subsequently, we had to wait until the 4th van arrived and had to have an argument with the other passengers saying, it was getting ridiculous with everyone running to get on. We travelled to Malaga and had persuaded our friend who has a house there to use this service based on the outward journey and he asked for the details as a very regular user. I would not recommend this now based on the experience and overall waiting time of 20 minutes."
