LOCATION
- From 15th January 2018 this service will operate from the Terminal car park 1, Level 3. The walk from the Multi Storey car park to Terminal takes approx 3-5 min.

Height Limit for vehicles is strictly 2.1 metres.
SECURITY MEASURES
- The car parking compound is surrounded by a perimeter fence and monitored by 24 hour CCTV coverage. An onsite security guard is also present. Express Meet and Greet Luton is registered with Companies House and all drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.
TRANSFERS
- You will be met in Terminal car park 1, Level 3 by a driver, therefore transfers are not required. The walk from Multi Storey car park to theTerminal takes approx 3-5 min.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
- Please call Express Meet and Greet when you are 30 minutes from the airport - if you are running earlier or later than the time on your booking form you need to inform us. Please do not arrive at the airport without advance notice.
- Park in the Terminal car park 1, Level 3 in the Off-site Meet and Greet area - you'll need to press for a ticket at the barrier.
- Pull into a bay and hand your ticket to the Meet and Greet driver. They will check the mileage and note any damage on the paperwork which you will sign.
- Follow signs to the terminal - it's about a 3-5 minute walk.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Please call Express Meet and Greet when you are ready to exit the Terminal. Your driver will bring your car back to the Terminal car park 1, Level 3 while you make your way outside.

This car park operates from 05:00 to 23:00 .
DIRECTIONS
- Follow signs to Luton Airport from all major roads.
- Express Airport Parking Luton will send you a text once your flight lands, containing contact numbers for you to call once you have collected your luggage and are ready to come out.
- "Please note that if you are going to be more than 15 minutes earlier or later than the time specified on your booking form you need to call us 1 hour in advance to ensure we will have a driver to meet you promptly. Failure to do this will incur a £10.00 surcharge payable to the driver on your drop off day."
- *Please come straight out once you have called us as there is a strict 15 minute waiting time*
- Once you have loaded your luggage into your car the driver will ask you to check your vehicle and sign the paperwork for handover.

On Arrival
We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.
- Please call Express Airport Parking Dispatch team when you are 30 minutes away from the airport.
- If you are running earlier or later than the time on your booking form you need to inform Express Airport Parking. Please do not arrive at the airport without advance notice.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

"Not a real meet and greet service. We had to wait 10 minutes to hand the vehicle over on arrival. Then on return journey needed to wait another 15 minutes for the vehicle to come back to us. I made the telephone calls at the advised notice times. Drop of point to far from the terminal!!!! I could have simply left the vehicle in the short stay, which is what I suspect what happened anyway. Ther being only one mile shown on the mileage."

"Arrival was perfect even though Luton is a mess and we where a bit early a quick phone call and clear instructions given. 10 out of 10. Returns was not so slick and although we arrived on time Luton was a mess with a lot of flights arriving at the same time due to air traffic controller strike in Greece. This is where the system could be better I called several times over 15 minutes to numbers that never answered, even a recording would of been helpful. To be be fair i did get a call back and my car was at the car park 20 mins later but that meant the meet & greet service from me clearing the airport was 40 mins so not as slick. I would use again but not until the building work at Luton is complete the airport is a nightmare. Andrew M Bull"
