Drivers' Uniform 

  • Orange & Black Hi-Viz uniform, each driver has photographic ID.
  • Customer must show ID to drivers on collection of vehicle.
  • Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point for peace of mind and to support any claim for damage

Distance: The distance of your car park/ Yard from the terminals

  • Main car park is based at TW5 9PB. Location is 3 miles away from Terminals 2 and 3.
  • Approx 3.1 miles from Terminal 4.
  • Approx 4.6 miles from Terminal 5 if staff travel directly on A4 (Bath Road),
  • 6.3 miles if travelling to or from T5 on the M25 (routes taken depend on traffic but customers must ensure that there is adequate fuel in the vehicle at drop-off – see terms).

 

  • The telephone number of MBW Parking will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
  • There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
  • PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

 

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

Terminal T2 Outbound: TW6 1EW

Head to Terminal 2 (T2) Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows A or B and make your way directly to the MBW desk which is located near the lifts.


​Please call approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and we can inform you when a uniformed MBW driver will be available. You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any claim for damage. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.

 

  • Follow signs for T2 Departures and head to the Short Stay Car Park, as you leave the tunnel you will need to be in the right-hand lane.
  • Going up the ramp, keep right. Use the barrier furthest to the right and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking.
  • Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.
  • You must photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.
  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.
  • Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.


Terminal T3 Outbound TW6 1QG

Head to Terminal 3 (T3) Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows A or B and make your way directly to the MBW desk which is located near the lifts.

  • As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward T3, Short Stay Car Park 3.
  • Enter the Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.
  • Drive up to Level 4 following signs for Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B.
  • You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.
  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.
  • Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.

 

Terminal T5 Outbound TW6 2GA

Head to Terminal 5 (T5) Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows R or S and make your way directly to the MBW desk which is located near the lifts.

  • Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures.
  • Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp to the Terminal and follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park.
  • Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers, use these to enter the Car Park. Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.
  • Once you have passed the barriers, follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S.
  • You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.
  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.
  • Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.

On Return

Terminal T2 Inbound

Please call  when you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, or when you have passed passport control if you only have hand luggage.


The despatch office will advise you of a timeframe for delivery, if there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early or late and outside of booked times, please be prepared to wait.

 

  • As you exit the arrival hall, into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.
  • Towards the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you.
  • Take the left-hand lift and go up to Level 4.
  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
  • If you have a complaint or enquiry please contact the office on email only, full details will be handed to you at the drop-off area.

 

Terminal T3 Inbound

  • Pass the shops on your right (lifts will be in front of you) stairs are to the right of the lift. Take the lifts to upper level.
  • Exit lift, cross the bridge towards the car park. Level 1 pay machines and lifts are to your right, take the lifts to level 3.
  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
  • If you have a complaint or enquiry please contact the office on email only, full details will be handed to you at the drop-off area.

Terminal T5 Inbound

  • As you leave the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee.
  • With Costa in front of you, turn to your left and head towards the end of the terminal.
  • Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero.
  • Turn right immediately after these and exit through the front door of the terminal.
  • As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see in front of you a set of lifts to the right.
  • Take the lifts to level 4. As you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW Desk.
  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
  • If you have a complaint or enquiry please contact the office on email only, full details will be handed to you at the drop-off area.

"Upon collecting my vehicle at pickup I noted that it had sustained damage to the front drivers side bumper. I raised this issue with the attendants and was told that I should ring the office which I did. I provided photographic evidence of the damage and also the document identifying no damage was found on drop off (my car was brand new). I have emailed the company with the photos and received no reply. I have subsequently chased this matter twice with them in the month since and I have now received an email finally. In this email it states that they will not accept liability for the damage even though no damage was recorded at the point of drop off. The damage is fairly significant to the bumper and could not have been overseen. I am extremely dissapointed that they feel they can disregard my claim when it was raised prior to me moving the vehicle. I had also booked my vehicle in the have a full valet with them during my three weeks away. This was not completed and in my eyes was done so that the damage may have been overlooked. Absolutely terrible service and I will never be using them again. Park & Fly should also investigate this further as it is complete and utter dishonesty. I have dash cam footage of the conditions my car was stored whilst on holiday and I am not at all surprised that the vehicle was damaged. I have captured video of young children entering and exiting vehicles within the compound. I am extremely annoyed with the manner in which they can fob me off unless I have a 1000 photos at drop off. This makes any documentation that they use completely null and void. Do not trust this company. "
