Exit Fee
- The booking fee includes £5.60 to cover the cost of charges now being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Meet & Greet operators.
- This is for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
- According to Heathrow Airport Authorities, the car park exit fee is £5.60 (15mins cost). Time starts from the time when the vehicle enters into the terminal till are leaving the terminal.
- On your return to the UK, if the customer leaves the Airport premises within 15 minutes of receiving/collecting the vehicle from the service provider, then the exit fee will be paid by the service provider.
- If for any personal reasons the customer stays beyond 15mins at the terminal after collecting the vehicle from the service provider on return to the UK, then the customer needs to pay the exit fee at the barrier.
- We strongly recommend our customers to call the service providers once they collect the luggage in order to avoid any extra cost on their return to the UK.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport,
Please call us when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. We will dispatch a driver to meet you and pick up your car from the designated pick up points below.
Terminal 2

Arrival Instructions
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Please keep to the right, as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Once you are on the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), which will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the carp ark.
Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".

Terminal 3

Arrival Instructions
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.

Arrival Instructions
Please follow directions to the Short Stay car park and then drive up to Level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign, our desk is located in the lobby.

Terminal 5
Sat-nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Arrival Instructions
Please follow the signs for the "Short Stay car park", which is located on the right hand side of the ramp, as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout.
On arrival at the Short Stay car park, please move to the left hand lane, following directions to "LEVEL 4".
Take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones "R-S". Please park your car in these designated areas, sign posted as "Off Airport Meet & Greet"

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off, (Level 4 of the Short Stay car park) and your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row B next to the lift/pay machine
Terminal 3

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the Exit door on the Right Hand Side, please take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park and your car will be ready and waiting for you in ROW A.
Terminal 4

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) where your car will be ready and waiting for you.
Terminal 5

On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.
Make your way to where you dropped the car off, (Level 4, Short Stay car park), where your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row R OR S.

"Collection was excellent, especially as I found myself on level 3 and could not find a way up to level 4, so they collected the car from where it was. On return, there always seems to be a 15 or 20 minute wait. Once upon a time they would deliver the car to the collection point once they knew that the flight had landed, hence no waiting for it once baggage had been collected. That is a much better service. After a longish flight and a wait for bags, one is not in a good mood for another 15-20 minute wait. "

"Whilst the service was not the cheapest on offer, it was a good service with which I was very impressed. On arrival at LHR we did take a wrong turn and found ourselves on floor 3 with no means of driving up one floor. We did not realise that we needed the second ticket machine not the first. I visited your desk on foot where it was all resolved by a very helpful member of staff. Perhaps 'keep to the left' is written in upper case in your instructions as is the level number. As my return flight arrived very late I was concerned that the desk might have closed before we got there. I was reassured that a member of staff would always wait for a customer, should the flight be delayed. On return, we received a call-back on our mobile and all went smoothly."

"I use Executive parking once or twice a month. On the rare occasion the call for pickup line can be busy. However, this has not affected my car being there and ready to go. They do a great job. Warm and friendly staff. "
