Called the guys in baggage and the car turned up about 20 mins later (a little wait was needed, however I arrived aprox 2hrs earlier than I had booked the pick up for, so no real hassle. The only comment I would make that on arrival to the Off Site Parking Meet and Greet area I couldn't see a SIMPLY PARKING sign and was a little confused (there were plenty of others with an easy to see sign, the guy I dealt with didn't have anything clearly visible that could identify him. "

"The working process of how to park and collect was clear and precise. The staff were helpful and courteous. I was earlier in coming back as stated so I had to wait longer than anticipated but they they were expecting me at 9 and I was with them just after 8. They drove 12 miles with my car to where they parked it and back to the airport so the cars are obviously not parked somewhere on the airport vicinity. All in all I am happy and will use the Company again. "
