"Arrival procedure was fine, Departure procedure wasn't. Our driver was there on time which was good how ever with the closure of Terminal 3's car park he didn't explain clearly where he was parked or how to get him. "I'm outside" isn't a very useful description of how to find someone. After giving up and just wondering around I found my car then called him as he wasn't next to it anyway. "

"Great value and staff very polite, just one point to make..having phoned as instructed once I collected my luggage, the car took 20-25mins to arrive at car park which kind of defeats the object of the service. Think it might be time to tell clients to phone once passport control is cleared rather than luggage collected as the bags are be delivered much quicker these days, worth a thought, again must stress that entry procedure was very easy & staff no problem at all."

"Works very well for me. I drove to the short term car park as instructed and found their desk. This is better than meeting someone at the roadside drop-off. On return I phoned as soon as I saw that passport control was not going to cause delays. I only had hand luggage, so walked back to the car park meeting point and my car was ready for me 10 minutes after my phone call. Can't really ask for more than that ! Well done."

"Need to rethink the pick-up. You are instructed to call when you have collected your bags. However this then meant a 20 minute wait for the car"
