"This was quite a strange experience. Arriving at the airport, I left the car in a bay and found the company representative at a desk next to the lifts where he took my keys and explained the return process. He was very friendly, but did not inspect the car at all, which was rather trusting of him I thought. Returning, the car took the 25 minutes to arrive they had said it would. I waited just away from the doors leading to the lifts, there were very few other people waiting as well. Looking down Row A at approaching cars, I didn't see my car arrive along Row C which is where I spotted it parked only because I happened to glance in that direction. It was a little surreal, one moment my car wasn't there, the next time I looked, there it was. I found the driver talking to another customer, back in the area by the lifts. He was very pleasant, but certainly had not looked for me upon his arrival, merely parked the car and gone to sit down by the desk. He said he had been there for 5 minutes. Had I not looked around and seen the car I wonder how long he would have waited before coming to look for me. The car was in perfect health, if a little dirty. Overall, a reasonable service, but give them plenty of time to bring the car back and do not move from the main doors leading to the lifts when you are waiting for the car to be returned. "

"A very painless experience, someone was there to collect the car when we arrived and only waited 2 minutes (and bumped into an Arsenal player in those 2 minutes so it was welcomed) on our return. I will definitely use again."

"It wasn't clear who to see or where to go once we had parked. However staff were polite and professional, the car was returned in same condition. We did wait 30 minutes to be met with the car as the car park was very busy at this time. We would use this service again."
