My only issue us the small time to wait for the car to arrive. Especially if customs and baggage pick up are very fast. Otherwise very happy and will use everyone we fly from Heathrow t5. "We were delayed coming back from the US by 1 day. I emailed the company (DriveFly) from the hotel the day before coming back, and in advance therefore of the original collection time, yet when I got to Heathrow, it was clear that no one had read the email or taken action to account for the late arrival and collection of my vehicle. A bit disappointing."

"Arriving and hand over was very good. My only criticism would be that we had about a half hour wait after we had called and picked up our baggage until the car arrived. After a 7 hour flight and with a long drive home I would have been happier if the car was ready to go, however I understand we landed at a very busy time. Overall I was happy with the service."
