"Very smooth & easy to use "

"Following arrival, I called from baggage reclaim. When I got to the pick-up point, 20 min after my call, they hadn't began to retrieve my car. I had wait for about 30 min more. I had experienced very poor treatment during the arrival process and was clearly very agitated. Despite this your staff remained polite throughout our interaction. "

"Drop off was not organised or helpful at all. We were not terribly confident by the service. However the customer service and speed with which the vehicle was returned on our arrival back at Heathrow was much better."
