"Following arrival, I called from baggage reclaim. When I got to the pick-up point, 20 min after my call, they hadn't began to retrieve my car. I had wait for about 30 min more. I had experienced very poor treatment during the arrival process and was clearly very agitated. Despite this your staff remained polite throughout our interaction. "
