"I have used simply park many times for Lo cost valet parking at various airports. I have always been happy with the service provided for the cost. This time was the same except the change was taken from my car. When contacted simply were very apologetic."

"I found my car returned having been aggressively driven from/to airport. All items in boot were strewn around and this only cure when the car is driven very hard/fast! Also, found it had been running for 59 minutes since I dropped it at LHR-T2 on departure. Why run the car for over 30 minutes extra when it is 12-15C outside? No reason and no explanation for either of these having taken place. "

"I have to say no complaints from me. The booking process, staff and drop off / collection worked really well. I was travelling with my sister who also booked with Executive parking and was concerned about her travelling with two young children and all the luggage they had. A huge thank you to the staff member who picked up Anna Moors car, but also ensured she got into the terminal safely to wait for me."
