Reviews - Sure Parking - Gatwick Airport

"Easy drop off and car returned on time"

"Great service again. Prompt drop off and return. Highly recommended "

"As usual, excellent "

"It was an easy and stress free experience, thank you "

"Have always been wary of these types of companies, due to negative press, We arrived early due to the weather called and expected to be told tough or fees for...but no met by polite staff and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. On arrival back to Gatwick my car was waiting for me in the car park. Within minutes we were on the road and going home. I would definitely use this company again, without a second thought. They proved they're above and beyond others offering the same service, at a reasonable cost. Mere miles were added to my car from drop off to pick up."

"Fantastic service, even though we were slightly late flying in. Lovely friendly service. Important to know your car is safe. "

"Excellent service. Will book again. "

"Satisfied customer Good job "

"Excellent, met on time and delivered car back late at night exceptionally quickly"

"Checking in was straightforward and quick. It takes 15 - 20 mins from the phone call to your car arriving. Worth remembering , if it’s really cold. Otherwise very pleased."

"Always a pleasure. Such a difference to be able to walk straight to and from the terminal, especially with 2 small children in tow. Used Sure Parking many times now and never had an issue. Always on time, prompt, car in excellent condition. We returned last night in the freezing cold and it made a big difference that the staff did put the heating on for us so car was nice and cosy. Staff are always super friendly, withing you a nice holiday, do not rush you, etc. Would recommend 100% and will use again."

"Normally a great service . Unfortunately this time we had to wait for nearly 50 minutes for our car on arrival. "

"On arriving at Lgw we telephoned the office as requested to say we were leaving the baggage area but we had to wait nearly 10mins before our car arrived in the car park."

"Really easy to book and use. Book and stop the need to try and navigate buses. Simply drop of the car and walk to your departure. Couldn’t be easier. "

"Always easy and a good service. The drop off is very close to the terminal which is so helpful."
