"Spot on service and so close to terminal Just 2 things a bit of confusion trying to get into car park 6 .needed 3 times to go back round to access the entrance due to cones blocking the left lane .on return the waiting time was nearly 30 mins before car was returned .probably use again because of the cost compared to the other car parks being further away and costing more"

"Unfortunately, when I picked up my vehicle, the passenger side of the car (seat) was absolutely filthy. Was full of leaves and debris like it had been parked under a tree with the door open. I am extremely unhappy."

"I Didn't call initially (I forgot to read the small print..) but arrived exactly on time. Staff weren't therefore expecting me and ignored me when i tried to talk to them. Tried ringing phone but no answer for first three calls. Once I got through things worked much more smoothly. I grabbed one of the team and they helpfully and quickly sorted me out. the return was fine albeit it took a few minutes to deliver the car after I had arrived at the terminal. in sum, OK but mobile number didn't work several times and team need to be more proactive in the ground. A bot more process and structure needed. Oh and the car park signing for which floor could be better."
