"Reservation process together with drop off and collection service were good. What was not good was the state of the inside of our car on collection. All four seating areas had been used by your staff and all the floor carpets were filhy with the residue from muddy shoes/boots. Absolutely no care had been taken,by putting down paper or pl plastic sheets to protect our car. This is completely unacceptable. I have had this happen once before,but only in the driver and passenger footwells. I understand you reserve the right for staff to move the car and that it may be necessary also to transport a staff member. Quite why 4 members of staff were travelling on one or more occasions in my car from one muddy area to another is a different scale of usage. Please investigate what was done with my car and report back. Also, please put in place a policy, as garages do, that paper or plastic sheets are always inserted before each driver uses a car,including rear seat footwells."

"Have always been wary of these types of companies, due to negative press, We arrived early due to the weather called and expected to be told tough or fees for...but no met by polite staff and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. On arrival back to Gatwick my car was waiting for me in the car park. Within minutes we were on the road and going home. I would definitely use this company again, without a second thought. They proved they're above and beyond others offering the same service, at a reasonable cost. Mere miles were added to my car from drop off to pick up."

"Checking in was straightforward and quick. It takes 15 - 20 mins from the phone call to your car arriving. Worth remembering , if it’s really cold. Otherwise very pleased."

"Always a pleasure. Such a difference to be able to walk straight to and from the terminal, especially with 2 small children in tow. Used Sure Parking many times now and never had an issue. Always on time, prompt, car in excellent condition. We returned last night in the freezing cold and it made a big difference that the staff did put the heating on for us so car was nice and cosy. Staff are always super friendly, withing you a nice holiday, do not rush you, etc. Would recommend 100% and will use again."
