"This the 2nd time I have used them and purely because the "Meet and Greet" designated area is on the ground floor so easy with trolley and suitcases. Staff always polite, wait time acceptable and car only travels 16 miles between drop off and pick up. Would very much recommend them to anyone!!! "

Thr only thing was when I collected my car at Gatwick North Treminal the operater who brought my car said I needed to use a ticket which he gave me to leave the car park otherwise I would get a ticket/be charged... When I got to the barrier it just lifted automatically.. I was then unsure if I had done everything correctly and hopefully not get a ticket/fine.. I rang the main office and they said it was fine.. It was just all a bit stressful leaving and not knowing..."

"Seemless, When departing, once the attendant left his car was easy and handover was 2 minutes. When we arrived I called from baggage claim, and bang on 10 mins, attendant arrived with car, proved ownership with the slip from departure and on the road in 2 minutes once attendant paid the parking charge."

"V smooth booking procedure. Timely pick up & drop off process. Their number was busy when I called to drop off - they immediately called back - that was impressive. They were on top of the process. Only one thing the postcode given to drop off was not accurate & we ended up in a wrong area. But had kept 30 mins extra time for any mishaps so all was well in d end. "
