"Overall a good service for the price but a couple of issues - When I called to arrange pick-up/drop-off, the call wasn't asnwered in a very professional way. I also had a problem with picking up the car in that the instructions said "top floor" when it was actually floor 4 of 5. A quick call to the office quickly resolved this. Service was quick and my car stayed clean for the 2 weeks so I'd use again."
