"Well we phoned when we collected our luggage like we was told at 12-50 am they said go to car park 6 level 4 and our car will be with use in 10 minutes ? We was waiting ages I phoned 2 times he said he would ring me back ?? Which he did. Not then I rang again he said driver was on his way that's why he never rang me back ? Ten minutes later I ring again he said his on his way . We will never use your company again the whole thing is to meet and greet on our arrangements of times on departure and arrival going was good we eventually left Gatwick at 1-35 am after waiting half an hour the last 2 years we have used another company and we will be going back with them The reason I went with your company you were offering a 20% discount so I thought I would try you out but sorry I'll be going back to the other company in future."

"Heading to the airport initially it took me several attempted phone calls to actually get through, meaning that I was almost there by the time I spoke to anyone. This had the knock on effect that I waited 15 mins to be met in the car park & was then challenged about having collected my entry ticket too long before. All else was fine & I would use the company again if my first choice was unavailable."

"Despite advertising that the exit fee was already paid when we got to the gate ( we went immediately ) there was a shortfall of £3.80. Also it took ages for the car to arrive after phoning once baggage was through. "
