"The process went very smoothly. Despite arriving early there was someone there to meet us. Similarly on arriving back in the UK it took less than 20 minutes from us phoning from the customs hall to the car arriving. This restored my faith in Meet and Greet companies following a very bad experience at Heathrow Airport with another operator."
