"would not use again. Contact is via a single mobile phone number that seems to be continuously engaged, not what you want when you are standing in the car park wondering where your car is holding your 2 year old daughter. At least the weather wasnt bad, would be different if was winter. Took a good 30mins to get my car after calling them so expect to be waiting round. They then seemed to mix up my car with someone elses and told me my battery was flat, on asking how long it would take i was told and i quote "i am not a mechanic so how would i know" 5 mins latter my car arrived so mine was not the issue, i was just happy to see it and get my family on the way home. No i would never use them again or reccomend them due to the above issues. On a plus side the delivery driver was very friendly and a nice chap but as a company and thier service they have a way to go to get it right. The feel of this service is that it is all done last minute to get your car back to you. There was no benefit from using this company to parking in the long stay car park for cheaper. I would use the drop off pick up service again but will be trying a diffrent company that are not associated with this organisation and will pay more for the service."

"On the last two occasions that I have used your service, it has been the collection of my vehicle which I have found irritating after a longish flight. On both occasions you were slow returning my car to me and it was not within the 15 minutes that I was quoted."

"This was the second year running I had used your services and everything went very smoothly I am pleased to say. Due to Hurricane Irma, our return flight was brought forward. My daughter contacted you by telephone on the Friday to advise you of our earlier arrival which turned out to be earlier still as the flight took off early (unheard of!) and the flight duration was 1 1/2 hours less than expected. I phoned the Simply Park representative once we had collected our baggage and my car was brought round within 10 minutes in spite of the pick up time being almost 3 hours earlier than anticipated. Thank you again and here's to the next time....."

"A very good service and friendly staff. We felt slightly let down by the time we had to wait for our car on the return journey. It was around 20 minutes which isn't a major thing normally but it when you have been travelling for seven hours with a one year old baby it then becomes more of an issue. "Words can not explain how awlful and lied to time after time again on our departure. After waiting over an hour and 10 min for our car .seeing the same driver twice drop other cars .when apparently our car when kept waiting had already been dispatched . To then find that same driver turn up with our car . I called three times to be fobbed off . If I don't see or hear resolvement in this I will be posting on every social media group with my 20,000 followers . This was pretty appalling "

"Departing from LGW was fine. Arriving back in to London was not. Saw how the staff were driving the people's cars with no care at all. We waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold at 1:15 am to get my car back. Will definitely not use again not happy. "

"Good VFM service with friendly staff. Getting through on the phone took a few attempts and pick-up took a bit longer than it could. Overall good and will definitely use again."

"Very disappointing. Wouldn't use again. Was made to wait an hour in the car park for the car on return. Was told it was due to traffic, which was a blatant lie, given almost 40 odd others came in, got their car and left. Clearly a case that the company is understaffed to keep costs low."

"Arriving at the airport was ok, just a short wait for our car to be picked up. When we arrived back at the airport to be 'greeted' we had to wait a full hour between our call to the office and for our car to be delivered. Very poor service. It was not just us as there were several families all waiting for the same company and all complaining. I tried to ring the office - as did other families, and our calls were not answered. The driver was polite and apologetic- but you use 'Meet and Greet' to avoid hanging around at airports. Very disappointed with the service and will not be recommending to others. "
