"This is a simple service that works well. We have used it at least 8 times now and would not go back to the old park and ride. In essence you drive into a designated area of the short term carpark. Unload and hand the car over to an attendant. They take it away and store it. When you return and have your baggage you phone in and walk to the pick up are where your care will arrive in a few minutes. You get an exit ticket from the driver and off you go."

"When arriving the attendee was on time, polite and courteous. The attendee when collecting my car was rushing me as he kept saying "he was very busy and could I hurry up and sign". This annoyed me as I had two young children with me and he wanted me sign the car document first then put my kids in the car. Overall good service but attendees need to be mindful of people's priorities. "

"The Drop off and pick-up were both without hitch and added considerably to our holiday week in Northern Cypus and helped us for get the tedium of the drive to Gatwick On Friday April 20th.- stuck on the M25 & M23 for approx. 4 hrs in total! Just being able to offload the car and forget about it until our return was a blessed relief. The return journey today was very much easier however. Much appreciation for you service. "I’ve used simply park and fly on a number of occasions and am very happy with their service. I travel with my 2 children quite a lot (aged 4 and 1) so need a service that is reliable, easy and quick and that’s exactly what I receive.Staff are also friendly which is always nice. I wouldn’t use any other airport parking service now and I have tried quite a few others. "
