"First time I've used a meet & greet service and I was very impressed. Clear drop off instruction, drop off took only a few minutes and it was across the road from the entrance to the departure terminal. Upon return, the car arrived 15 minutes after we called (as they advertise) and we were on our way home within minutes of walking out of the terminal. Cost wise, it was about the same as parking with 10 minute bus transfer."

"I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Smart to anyone looking for a convenient valet parking service. Unlike some companies I have used previously Simply Smart are efficient, trust-worthy and reliable. I recently flew from Gatwick North for a 5-day break abroad with a very early morning return. I rang their retrieval line some 10 minutes before arriving at the pick-up point (ground level Car Park 5) to find the car arriving for pick-up - soooooo easy! My keys were handed back with the ticket to get out of the parking area, all done with courtesy. So unlike the previous company I used that operates from level 5 of car park 6, who failed to greet and pick up the car at the beginning for over an hour, and even longer on my return. To add insult to injury that previous company did not include parking charges in their upfront fees, so you are obliged to spend more. Take my advice - use Simply Smart - so very aptly named!"
