"The process for booking was easy. Everything was largely fine except for a rather long wait on our return, maybe 25 minutes at the car park level 1, our having called when luggage was picked up. Staff were very pleasant, but some telephone assurances that the car would arrive in 2 minutes were not correct. Car settings for radio and temperature were changed from our normal settings, and I would recommend they could usefully be not altered. Pick-up at the start of our parking was excellent. Staff were very pleasant, and we would happily use the service again in October."
