"Have used your service before so I knew the drill when it came to parking in designated area. Because of the time I turned up 02: 30 there were no people in Orange high viz vests to see, already rang 15 mins before arrival and had to wait another 10mins after we parked up. Same thing happened when returning rang when we got our luggage still had to wait about 15 mins for car. So in short. 1. Parking Well located. 2. Price Good. 3. Service Could do better. "

"Excellent service from start to finish. I originally made booking only to find out my flight had changed times and return leg was at another terminal. I tried to change online but it was going to charge me another £10 for an hour change (on a booking made less than 24 hrs before). I called up and they amended no problem. The car was collected very quickly on departures and the collection was even better, it was literally 5 mins from when I called in baggage hall and really friendly guy. Superb service after making an error and going elsewhere last month when I’ve used Simply Park many times, but I’ll be honest, it was cheaper. However the experience was utterly horrendous with cowboy company trying to fleece money from me, adding over 50 miles on my clock and threatening me when I got annoyed! I have realised I always need to stick to Simply Drive and Fly, great service, you feel reassured and quick! "

"I suspect this time my vehicle was driven with roof down for I guess a kind of 'joy ride'. I hope it should not happen again. I normally note down mileage reading before and after to know how many genuine miles been driven. I expect seats should be adjusted to pre handed over state on delivery. "
