"In terms of where to leave the car on arrival the paperwork I had was out of date. This should have been updated (i.e. car park 5, level 4). However, this was soon clarified and all went well. very impressed. Thanks, Andy"

"Only comment would be, as I've said before, that those of us who still have to touch our phones to enable us to call isn't a good process whilst driving. I understand the 20min before arrival call but it means I have to pull over on the hard shoulder of the M23 to make that call. "

"The Drop off and Pick up was very smooth and easy. Even when our flight arrival back home changed from the North Terminal to the South l, I just called and the delivery of my car was made to my new location. All very easy and straight forwards. Would definitely recommend, especially as it is the same service as competitors but for a much reduced cost. Excellent. Thank you. "

I wasn't able to give the number plate in advance as we had a loan car whilst ours was in the garage; Despite giving the booking number and details on the way in the car I was made to stop the car on the motorway to get out and give the number plate or they couldn't check me in! We then waited for 15 mins for the guys to come. Same on arrival - a 15 minute wait. Overall nice to have the drop off and not get out in the rain though - just plan a little extra time into your arrival."

"Having used ' Meet & Greet ' services before at various airports, I was disappointed that the meeting point wasn't outside the terminal building, rather than in a car park. However, whilst on holiday, I discovered that a 30 metre exclusion rule now exists outside of terminal buildings, to reduce cars being employed in acts of terrorism, which has totally altered my opinion. So, the whole process of booking with ' SimplyPark ' was simple, from selecting the company from all the others on the market, to booking, to arriving for my outward bound flight and finally arriving back. The car was waiting for us and we were away within 5 minutes of entering the car park. Whilst booking the service 2 days prior to using it, I experienced problems using my card ; a Simplypark operator phoned me and sorted out the problem immediately. I cannot recommened this company highly enough ; absolutely marvellous !!!!!"
