"Great service. Easy to book etc. one main concern: how do you make a call 20 mins before arrival (Gatwick) when you’re driving & on your own. I did pull into service station. However the guy said I need to call 20 mins before arrival. Service station was 25 mins away!! Need to find a way around this otherwise will not be able to use parkandfly when flying solo. "
