" i love this system . i have used it twice and it has gone without a hitch both times . it is by far the best hassle free way to park at gatwick . staff are really friendly and car arrives just when they say it will . i find it better to phone them after i have collected my luggage because they are really quick to arrive !! just drop the car and walk straight to security . totally great !!! will always recommend it thank you !!"

The driver pretty much ran off before my husband had even looked at one side of the car ( unfortunately it was the opposite side to the damage) near impossible to contact to make a complaint.
