"Friendly staff. On our return we were told not to call until we collected our luggage, so we waited until we had to do so. We then waited for almost 15 minutes in the car park for our car to arrive - this wasn't ideal as we had paid extra to have the car waiting for us when we arrived. It was really late at night so there wouldn't have been any traffic causing a delay. Overall unhappy with the return procedure! "
