"This service was prompt and professional but was slightly let down by the need to leave and collect the car from the 4th floor of short stay car park 5 at Gatwick North. Leaving the car there early on Sunday morning was fine but getting back out of the car park on the following Sunday at 2pm was very long winded. Other operators use an area in front of the Travelodge which is far more convenient."
