"After trying to find the number we needed to call on the internet as we didn't receive a confirmation email with the details and phone number we needed to call. Arriving at the carpark with no idea what to do we had to ask afew other companies where we should go. They said go in to the short stay and hopefully someone would be able to help. Eventually my husband found another number from the net and got through. The whole process wasted an 1hr. Which distressed and worked us both up. I choose this company to make sure the process was quick and easy but with the lack of communication by email made the start of our holiday upsetting and was not needed. "

"The drop-off and pick-up process worked very smoothly. The car park where the handover takes place is immediately outside the terminal, so no long walks or bus rides with luggage. On arrival back we rang once we had claimed our baggage (as instructed) and arrived at the South Terminal car park at the same time as our car - perfect timing! This was a hassle-free solution to parking at the airport and I would recommend it to others."

"Even though we returned over an hour earlier than planned the car was delivered to the airport in a timely manner. The only minor hiccup was on arrival we were told to go the top floor and had to phone again to be directed down 1 level.......not exactly a deal breaker "
