"A quick and efficient service. When we called to say that we were 15 mins out (on drop off) and had collected baggage (on return) the agent immediately recognised our booking - a good sign. On arrival at the drop off point( as close as it is possible to park at Gatwick to check in) we were met by an agent who took care of our car. Again on return we waited barely 5 minutes for our car to be delivered. Quick, easy and very very convenient. The car was as clean as when we left it. So overall a super service which we recommend without reservation"
