"Customer service were excellent we unfortunately there was a problem with the car after we had dropped off, the car wouldn’t start and needed a new battery. Fortunately we have car rescue insurance who liaised with your staff to do the repair on site to ensure all OK for our return. Many thanks "

"Staff were excellent, my only comment was the car exterior was absolutely filthy on return, the car had been parked in an area where significant pollution was falling on it. It 2 goes through a car wash to clean it! "

"Great price which made me weary at first but parking turned out fine. Check in and check out process ran smoothly. Staff on the ground are friendly, respectful to your car. E-mails are answered very quickly to changes I had to make due to flight issues and some other troubles whilst on my trip to Athens. I would however take a mark off as the phone lines never work, even after being assured in an e-mail they would be working the following day."
