"It was difficult to understand what staff were saying due to poor spoken English of the staff. staff were not very friendly. The person who got into our car had to be told how to drive an automatic which didn’t fill us with confidence about the care that they would take with the car. The process of getting the car back didn’t feel very efficient. It took a long time for the car to be brought a k to the airport. "

"I had a voucher from Covid which was accepted despite the time frame. Within 5 mins after arriving at the Pick Up area there was someone there to take my car, they asked for the mileage and checked my car for any marks. On return I called from Luggage collection and again we had a wait of only about 7mins. Both of the employees were friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again. R. Dockrell"
