"Hi there drop off was a dream, no worries there, however collection wasnt great. Waited about 20 mins for the car to be dropped despote clling when got bags etc and when the driver got out he had absolutely no customer service skills, the coversation was basically asked me my name as follows "name?" i confirmed my name and that was it not a further word was spoken. he was on the phone and then was distracted by a colleague. we then drove to the barrier and we couldnt get out as he had failed to mention anything about what to do. We didnt have a ticket which the barrier asked us for and so i was then talking to the helpline who said we should have been given a ticket. Then he pulled up in a car and scanned a ticket for us, but this had been preceeded by angry dirivers behind us beeping there horns and shuting abuse at us as we hadnt been given the tools to get out (a ticket) Not sure id use your services again. Previously used you before and experienced similar customer service but twice now its not been great I must admit. I dont usually fill in these and give negative reviews but felt you should know Thanks"
