Facilities for disabled passengers:
All buses are fully DDA compliant and are suitable for wheelchair use. Assistance with your luggage is available if required from the bus driver.
All customers will be required to pay an access fee of £7.20 with an initial booking cost (while making the booking). This is so the representative can pay the Gatwick Airport charge of £3.60 on your arrival and £3.60 on your return day. This is as a direct result of changes here at Gatwick Airport and is a cost we cannot cover for our customers. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions.
Please note that the Purple Parking car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans or vehicles with trailers (The car park does not accept long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans).

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER
Please call the driver when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to call may result in a delay in collecting your vehicle.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.
From London or Brighton: Exit the M23 at Junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Follow the signs to your Departure Terminal.
South Terminal: Follow the signs to Car Set-Down (Ground Level) and park at the far end just after the last pedestrian crossing in the Approved Operator lane.
Using Navigation: RH6 0NP
North Terminal: Follow the signs to Set Down and Passenger Drop-Off keep in the right hand lane and drive to the far end pulling in to the spaces opposite the Premier Inn where the driver will meet you.
Using Navigation: RH6 0PJ
Please call the driver when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to call may result in a delay in collecting your vehicle. On your arrival at your Departure Terminal, please make your way to the appropriate meeting point where your driver will be waiting for you.

A No Waiting policy is in force at both terminals. Please collect your luggage and clear customs before calling the driver.
North Terminal - To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the driver to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area.
South Terminal -To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the driver to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you.
